As a major centre for the repair of mobile computing devices and peripherals we have products returned in all sorts of conditions: smashed screens, cracked & melted cases, bits missing. As well as contaminated or damaged with lots of different substances: red wine, gravy, soup, glue, as well as bodily fluids that are nasal in origin. Not a job for the weak-stomached!
It is interesting to note the volume of devices we repair from organisations that do not deploy rugged, sealed equipment, and those that do. The ratio is more than 100 to 1, in fact some models of the equipment we sell are never seen in our repair centre and remain running for many years after they are officially obsolete!

Drop it out of your pocket and it won’t break. In fact, Robert Wadlow could drop it out of his pocket onto a concrete surface 30 times without it breaking, that’s if the 2.72 metre giant was still alive that is. So in many ways our equipment is Giant Proof!!
Our devices also like to visit harsh environments, whether it is in the humidity and heat of a rainforest, on the deck of a King Crab boat being battered with corrosive seawater spray and fog, or the heat of the Desert. They don’t mind a cold spell either, able to withstand constant use at 0 Deg C, not quite the Arctic but you could store them there as they are OK up to -55 Deg C.And if your devices are subject to a constant barrage of bugs in addition to bodily fluids and other nauseous substances, then our medical range will address that need with their anti-microbial coatings and resistance to aggressive cleaning regimes.

I guess you can say that you can pepper our equipment with bugs and bogies, let them in the hands of giants, send them off around the world, and they will still be OK……
….and if they’re not, then we are experienced at dealing with the fallout of bugs, bogies, and giants anyhow!!
