How to get pre-sales support

At SUMO Technologies we closely with our partners and resellers, so if you have any pre-sales queries please, contact your reseller in the first instance. They have a vast knowledge of our products and can answer most queries. If your reseller is unable to assist you, we will be happy to answer any questions you might have or put you in touch with one of our partners who may be able to assist you with your complete solution. How to get post-sales support

In the event you have a technical query after you have purchased a SUMO Technologies product, please contact your reseller in the first instance. Not only do they have knowledge of the products, they also have more information on the environment you are currently using.

How to get downloads

We have a public download section available to all users. However, certain files and parts of our support web site are only available to registered users. Certain files available for download are provided in response to specific issues, or have certain licensing restrictions that require us to ascertain the identity of users. If you cannot find what you require, please log a query.
